I ran the software installation for WIA support. The software appeared to install correctly but ran into problems at the end of the installation when it said that I should now plug in the device and the installation will continue.
I don't think it properly finished the installation and I don't know what more the install needed to do and where the files were that it would have needed.
Any suggestions?
Chris
